Great staff and Doctor, the first one to come up with a treatment plan for my back after years of different treatments. He explained everything in detail along with the pro's and cons of what my treatment will be...I'm ready.
Referred to Shadid for neck pain but because it is MVA related the supervisor there decided that the insurance would not pay, therefore I could not have an appt. for relief of neck pain. Smh. Idk if this is the Dr's rules but it is what the supervisor in Lawton OK on 2/21/21 decided.
