The staff is excellent! They show outstanding professionalism and customer service. Kudos to Amaiya!, Melissa! Rachel!, Russell! And of course Dr. Bhat and the excellent, professional and outstanding care he provides. He actually sat with me, showed me the areas that were causing my pain, explained everything to me and was very patient with my many questions and concerns. Dr. Dhaliwal was great the whole time. From find8ng what had been ailing me the last 6 months with no one else seeing able to find anything wrong with me. He took a look at my X-ray not only did he find the problem, he was also able to prescribe a temporary pain reliever that didn't adversely affect my diabetes. For any further pain or sinal needs I'm definitely seeing Dr. Dhaliwal.
They have really help address my neck and spine pain.
Watch out for this place; the billing department is in shambles. Don't believe them if you have a "Free Credit" from the front desk. LOL. Fun fact, they refuse communicate via email unless they are terminating you! They do not like accountability in the form of communicating via patient portal/email. Michelle was extremely unhelpful. Spine & Pain is very good. They have treated two of my herniated disks with steroid injection. It sounds painful but they do a great job minimizing any discomfort.
