Spine and Orthopaedic Physical Therapy is the only PT place to go! I have been to numerous PT places and it was always the same treatment. They might work on you for 5 minutes then you hit the machines on your own. Plus there are multiple therapists working so you never know who will be working on you! Frank is the only therapist in his office. He doesn't have machines to throw you on he works on you hands on for the full 30 minute visit. I have been to him for multiple issues. Frank is one of the best physical therapist and dry needling expert in NJ. I have suffered several orthopedic issues over the past 18 years and I always go to Frank because he does hands-on PT and also due to his experience, expertise, extensive knowledge and friendly nature.
