I have no complaints about dr. Jeffrey Rubin they have sat down and talked to me and have explained everything they have done to me when it was time for me to have my surgery done my surgery was a success I've been in surgery for six and a half hours the same day I walked I have no complaints and I am still doing great today thanks to the spine institute
They are friendly and very accommodating when they know you are in lots of pain. I love my Dr. he is kind and understanding and knows the different problems I have, and works around them.
terrible service. showed up for my 11:45 appointment on time. was over 45 minutes before i was taken back. x rays were done and i was in a room at around 1:20. sat for an hour and a half before nurse practicioner came in to interview me. she left and i sat until 3:49 when i walked out. i was tired of sitting in a paper gown and paper shorts in a 62 degree room for over 2 hours. absolutelt ridiculous.
