WORST PLACE EVER! I would not recommend this place at all! I started treatment this year for my lower back pain. Now, it's August, and I'm still in pain and I was over charge for services performed. I was also told by the doctor that I would get refunded for any over payment. I speak with a rep from their office today and they came to the conclusion that I would not get refunded for over payment. I highly recommend Dr. Paola Ortiz Castro! She and her team are excellent! They are courteous, helpful, attentive, and just plain good people. Aside from that the treatment is A-1! Unlike many Chiros, you don’t just receive the standard 2-3 adjustments and then you’re out of there. They have many machines that are designed to help you decompress, loosen up, and everything in between.
If you’re looking for true chiropractic care with a specialized plan to your specific needs then this is the best place by far. I was hoping to receive more than just an adjustment and didn’t want surgery for my scoliosis and stumbled on this gem. Dr Paola was able to take X-rays, diagnose my issues and curate a plan to help me.
