I had a remedial massage here as I was looking for a health insurance provider that wasn't in a shopping centre. I am in two minds about the experience. It definitely wasn't a massage but more of elbow trigger point, holding the elbow into the pain areas for one hour. This may be the therapeutic way, but it wasn't what I was after. Dana is an absolute legend. Super professional, incredibly thorough, and genuinely one of the kindest physio I have come across. She takes the time to explain everything in details, never rushed you, and makes you feel totally at ease. You can tell she really cares about getting you back on track. Staff is also good, nice and care. Highly recommend!
