Zero stars. Dr. Shulte was the most rude provider I have been to. He made smart comments towards me and completely disregarded what I was trying to explain. WORST bedside manners and terrible patient care. He was so rude that he made me leave the St. Elizabeth organization all together
Can't really say the entire experience is bad but a few weeks ago nothing quite like the nurse telling the pain assist comments about you the patient outside of the door and we could hear it LOUD AND CLEAR. Totally UNPROFESSIONAL and SCREAMS BAD BEDSIDE MANNERS.. Patients deserve better and especially privacy when loudly talking about private information for the folks inside other rooms to also hear. If you can avoid this place you should. I have been going here for a year and they have yet to manage my pain. I have had the most invasive of treatments being back surgery and yet I still cannot be given anything for the pain. My physician said "you've been on pain meds for 13 years, have they healed you yet?" Had I been witty enough I would have answered him with no,but they help me get through the day and night. They're whole priorities is not your pain it's how many treatments they can do to get that money. I want to see... read more
Ashli, is the most patience lady I know! She's very calm, listen to every word you say and gives you a response that you understand!! No matter what she has the sweetest personality and I can tell she truly cares!!
