I can’t say enough good things about Spine By Design! Dr. Erin and Sarah are the absolute sweetest and the space is cozy and welcoming. There’s something so satisfying about seeing your progress on paper—comparing where you started to where you are 12 weeks later is such a motivator. Thorough and wonderfully helpful during my entire pregnancy. I feel really good and the adjustments are gentle and effectively focusing on all the right areas! I love that they did a screening prior to my adjustment plan to pinpoint my needs. They only adjusted based on my comfort level and really accommodate and help with my pregnancy. They are also so sweet and friendly!
Everyone is so thoughtful, friendly, and really wants to help you feel better. A great healing atmosphere!
Amazing experience, we were there for both myself and my 1 year old sons intake appt so longer than a 1 year old will sit still for. They were so helpful and understanding the whole time and didn't get annoyed with my son running around. They helped keep him entertained so that none of it made him feel uncomfortable either. We are excited to go back and get our adjustments!
