Jenny Hynes is lovely and I am sure a good physio. However her lack of professionalism has had an adverse affect on my recovery. I saw her a couple of times, before asking her to complete a form so that I could apply for TAC funding. I drafted up sections of the form, and offered to book an appointment to give her the time to complete it. She declined as she had 'admin time' the following day. That was July 29.
