Great doctors, but whomever does the scheduling is very very rude. They changed my appointment without my knowledge and then blamed it on me saying I must of heard wrong, even though it clearly states on my appointment sheet the date and time that I requested initially. The gentleman that answered when I called to find out why my appt was changed was very sarcastic, uncaring, and laughed when I told him that the change is inconvenient for me and to change it back. My wife had an appointment for a spinal injection after a good experience at their Teoperwine location. The experience here was not nearly as good. The reception people took a while to call her to fill out paperwork, and she was still in the middle of it when called back. There was a long wait in the back room where the staff thought she was a different patient, wanted to give the injection in the wrong part of the back, took 3 tries to get a needle in her hand for the anesthesia, and did not know how to properly take blood ... read more
