Wasted my time for 4 months by making me see a nurse instead of a doctor.
I had some forms that needed filled out. They had the form for 2 weeks. I finally get a call saying she had the paperwork done and can pick up. The form was blank. I then asked for all my medical records, they refused & They refused to fill out the form After I caused a fuss they called the police on me. I just waited on hold for a full hour trying to reach out to get the appointment time for my procedure, only to be hung up on without ever getting to speak with a soul. 9:26 until 10:29. Called back got bumped all the way to caller 10. Update:not sure if the office was closed. I think it was Labor Day. The phone system should have some event message if it was so all the patients that waited hours could have done something with their lives that day.
