Terrible customer service with call center, lady was extremely rude and aggravated that I called to schedule an appointment when I asked to speak with someone else, she said no one was available but then she transferred me and then call was disconnected. I would really appreciate it if someone from the office can call me back, because everyone in office was super nice which is why I called to reschedule.
Dr. Smith was very personable & compassionate to my injuries. He explained everything along the way so I could understand, which was comforting to me. In detail, he explained why I needed surgery & what would happen during the procedure & what to expect afterward. This practice is very lucky to have you!! Thank you Dr. Smith Roberta Rood
