Caroline is the most knowledgeable PT I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I have a unique set of spinal concerns which she has been patiently helping me with, and when my husband experienced a herniated disc we were able to get in right away and he got some direction and relief. She is a fantastic teacher and if you listen to her wise words you will be on your way to a higher quality life.
I went to see Dr Humberston due to bilateral knee pain. When most doctors would have probably prescribed injections for pain, Dr Humberston was able to provide me with stretching and strengthening exercises as well as performing Hands-On treatment that alleviated 80% of my discomfort. Thank you.
