Spine-Ability is great for my pain management and spinal decompression. The entire staff are knowledgeable, Carolann was extremely helpful with scheduling.
I called the office two weeks ago because I was in sever discomfort from a pinched nerve, gave all my insurance information. I was told there would be $35 co pay, no problem. My appointment came and four hours before my appointment I receive a call from the office stating they could not see me because I am on Medicare, but I also have Blue Cross/ Blue Sheild.
