Had the greatest experience this afternoon at Spindrift! After weeks of feeling stressed, anxious, and overwhelmed, I scheduled the Nervous System Reset Massage, and have never felt so grounded. The atmosphere was welcoming, the therapist was friendly and experienced, and I left feeling better then I have in a long time. Look forward to booking again soon!
Katelyn was able to help relieve a very painful neck situation I have been dealing with for years. I clearly do not do enough self care. My massage was wonderful, fully relaxing and rejuvenating. The added benefit is that Katelyn knows so much about muscle groups and was able to find the source of my neck tension and spent a lot of time getting the kinks out. Spindrift Massage and Bodyworks is a five star experience for massage but also for bodywork. Thank you, Katelyn!
