I have been attending Spinco Hamilton around 4-5 times a week regularly since January 2026. I have never felt super comfortable in gym/fitness environments, but I can confidentially say that I felt welcomed and supported since the first moment I walked through the doors! I have had nothing but positive experiences with staff, instructors, and fellow riders. Classes are always high-energy and offer challenge in a super positive and supportive environment. I love SPINCO SO much!!! It is the best community and it’s safe to say I am addicted!
Honestly enjoyed the class and my instructor was great however I feel like the front desk receptionists could be more friendlier. The overall environment felt a bit hostile as well and I don’t think I would return until there’s a bit more diversity and inclusivity in the studio. edit: i just saw the owners reply and to confirm it was this studio. I used my middle name for the booking.
I mean what else can be said but "life-changing". Professional, courteous and fun. I attend about 6 times a week and have enjoyed every minute. Met lots of new people and smiled thru every class, best latin themed rides by far
Staff is rude, lights are on people inside. Door is locked, this happens all tje time. From looking at there prices wow, its very expensive but you cant get in to ask because the door is always locked. Nice
