SPINCO Hamilton is the definition of community. Classes are high energy and easy to follow, great themes and even better instructors. I love that I don’t have to pay to rent shoes as well!
I originally signed up for Spinco when all of the gyms in this area shut down. I was reluctant to even try it because I didn’t think I was a cycling person but Spinco is so much more than that. I’ve learned so much about myself since starting. I’ve realized despite being pretty introverted, I love to workout in a highly energized environment with others.
