I did the intro offer (insanely good value $) during my visit to Hamilton these past few weeks and was SO impressed! Avery, Alexa, Mack, Natalia, Steph & Julia S were on another level with their enthusiasm & athleticism. And the staff helping at the desk and beyond you’re all legends, thank you everyone for making me feel so welcome!

I have been attending Spinco Hamilton around 4-5 times a week regularly since January 2026. I have never felt super comfortable in gym/fitness environments, but I can confidentially say that I felt welcomed and supported since the first moment I walked through the doors! I have had nothing but positive experiences with staff, instructors, and fellow riders. Classes are always high-energy and offer challenge in a super positive and supportive environment. I love SPINCO SO much!!! It is the best community and it’s safe to say I am addicted!
Honestly enjoyed the class and my instructor was great however I feel like the front desk receptionists could be more friendlier. The overall environment felt a bit hostile as well and I don’t think I would return until there’s a bit more diversity and inclusivity in the studio. edit: i just saw the owners reply and to confirm it was this studio. I used my middle name for the booking.
