I hated cardio until I tried a spin class here. Now I'm HOOKED. Each class comes with new challenges, new songs and new opportunities to better my health mentally and physically. The team is very welcoming and friendly even since the first class. Each week there are new themed classes making it consistently exciting to ride.
Spinco Hamilton changed my life! As an ex competitive dancer, I’ve found it difficult to find a form of exercise that I have genuinely enjoyed and consistently shown up for since no longer being apart of a team sport. Spinco Hamilton is the home that was waiting for me. The staff and community make me feel so welcome and happy, even on days when I am not feeling so happy. Just sign up, you won’t regret it!
The vibe is nice and the spin workouts are really fun, the instructors do a great job of encouraging you to push yourself but also respect your limits. Cardio has become something I look forward to rather than something I *should* do. The community is also very positive!
I’ve never felt as comfortable in a gym like I have in Spinco. Earlier this year my friend convinced me to try it and now I’m hooked. The staff and instructors are always so friendly and excited to welcome you in, from your first class to your 100th. I love that they celebrate you with their whole hearts for milestones, it really motivates you to continue showing up.
