I’m new to spin and have done a few classes here through ClassPass. The staff are extremely welcoming. Despite it being a difficult workout, they always encourage you to take it at your own pace and you won’t feel judged if you aren’t able to follow along completely. I love the music and their playlists. It makes working out fun!
I can't put into words how incredible this spin studio is, from their staff, to the instructors, to the playlists and general vibes of the classes, it just hits every component of what you want when you go to a group class!
Please try the free class and I promise you, you will come back! Worth it: the vibe, the energy, it’s outstanding, the details, and they are so clean! 10/10❤️
