Absolute worst experience and below average customer service.
Love it here! I thought my first class would be intimidating, but the instructors are so welcoming and make you feel at ease. My favorite instructor is Gabby Sakowicz—her energy is amazing! Highly recommend arriving a bit early if it’s your first class so they can help you set up your bike properly. And don’t forget to bring a water bottle—you’ll need it! Such a fun environment, I come every week!

I bought the two-week intro special to try out spin for the first time many months ago, and I had so much fun that I ended up going 5-6 days per week for 3 months straight. Spin is HIGHLY addictive as it combines cardio with loud music, fun but simple choreography, and a solid community atmosphere. The instructors are very motivating!
