After my February vacation turned into a two-week staycation, I decided to finally try the Spinco Bedford location, though it ended up taking three tries to get through the door and joined. If you're looking to try it out, here is the real deal: The Gear: If you bring your own shoes, they use Look Keo cleats (not SPD). Also, don't forget your water bottle. Just wow. If you're a girlie who needs a little self confidence boost you're in for a real treat with Spinco. You can tell that the instructors really really love spin. The music is great, no pressure- extremely positive environment. I wish I could go every single day. What a great experience! I feel so alive after each class.
