Just went to my first spin class in over 10 yrs and it was fantastic! This place was clean, and organized. Booking a bike was very easy & Lisa was a wonderful, high energy, motivating coach. Everyone was so friendly and made me feel welcome. The original class I booked was cancelled. But Sophia ( the coach for that class) messaged me right away. This will be one of the easiest Google reviews I will ever write :) If you are looking for the most welcoming, encouraging/motivating environment to work out, have fun and truly take time for yourself …SpinCity is the place to be! I always wanted to spin, but I was nervous to take that first step (or should I say pedal lol) … as soon as I went to my first class - the coaches were right by my side helping to set up my bike and cheer me on the whole way through. This is a phenomenal studio! It’s a great place to start on a new fitness routine. You can go at your pace and acclimate to your personal zone. The coaches are very supportive! There’s a diverse set of class times that fit into my schedule. The cost is affordable! It’s also a very welcoming atmosphere!

It has been said that as you get older that you cannot be rowdy like you once were. Well, that antiquated outlook does not apply to Spin City! Come for a class, make some noise, have a cup of coffee on the weekends and just enjoy yourself and forget about the outside world for an hour.
