Such a great workout and you hardly notice that you are working out so hard because it is so much fun! It really is a crazy good time!
I attended a class at Spin City for the first time and it was wonderful! The owner was very warm and inviting. The class was challenging yet so good! The studio is setup for smaller class sizes. It’s a convenient location too so I’ll be back for some more of Spin City’s goodness.
So much fun, great music, and awesome staff!!
