During such a painful, exhausting, and scary time, Dr. Russell and the girls were everything a doctor’s office should be! They were always smiling, always welcoming, and always knew me by name. Dr. Russell isn’t one of those doctors who talks at you, he talks to you. He took the time to make sure I understood everything, no matter how many times I asked him the same question (lol!). I was sent here with so much pain from a car wreck and I couldn’t hardly move my head to the side. The doctor and the secretaries here are such wonderful people and make you feel right at home. Today was my last visit and it kind of makes me sad I won’t be able to see them and they’re smiling faces every day, but I can move my neck so much better and the pain in my back has went down tremendously . I would definitely recommend the independence office to anyone wonderful people
Great clean friendly place! Everyone is friendly and helpful. Place is kept clean and organized. Doctor is friendly and fair. Glad this was the place that helped me out after my car wreck.
