I have been a patient here for many years. Yes, there is a wait, however, after being in pain for so many years, to finally be treated by a kind and caring doctor that actually takes the time to listen to me and address my concerns, the wait is well worth it. The office staff has office been very kind and courteous. I have never seen any rude behavior nor disrespectfulness out of any of the office staff, even when they have had some really rude patients in their office.

I have been a patient for many years, yes there is a wait, but the office staff has always been very nice and professional.
My experience had been awful so far. The first appointment took me 4 and 1/2 hours to see the doc. Then we scheduled a procedure on my back. them that got postponed 2 weeks. Then drove 40 miles to said app just to find out they have moved their offices. then found out the building wasn't even ready to move into yet. No one ever calls me back when I leave a message. And now I have to go back to the Sherman office for med refill. Let me add that I don't drive and this office is another 30 minutes from my house. Still no appoin... read more
