Great doctor(Dr. Chang) but the staff needs to be replaced as their communication and respect are lacking. The scheduling department and their manager are inconsistent when it comes to appointments and then try to pass off blame to others for their unprofessional behavior. How is a person supposed to know their is an appointment if you don't call them ahead of time. Your phones say to call back during business hours at both of your location but list yourselves as open. I then tried to email you but your email from your site bounces emails. This just isn't acceptable at all.
Doctor is great, the wait is not. Expect to wait at least 2 hours before being seen. Unless you have nothing better to do with your time find another place.
