Outstanding service and parts .very knowledgeable staff ,if they don't have it ,they send you to who does ..Been a customer for years definitely recommend them for all of your electric motor s from residential to industrial.
I dropped a motor off here for WARRANTY repair/testing and was informed that the turnaround would be a couple days. When I called in to get an update a few days after dropping off, the man on the phone was very rude and said that they hadn't tested it yet, and they would call when they got around to it. Why did he tell me it would only be a couple of days?
