Is there a half or quarter star i can give if so I Would in past year they have screwed up 3 motors at 2 of our plants .They underwound 2 of them and the 3rd was so messed up it didnt last 2 mos and even when presented proof using Ohms Law they were in full Denial even the balance between phases when measuring load was way off. If it was not messed up when you send it in good chance it will be when you get it back and best of luck to get anything corrected run away as fast as you can

Outstanding service and parts .very knowledgeable staff ,if they don't have it ,they send you to who does ..Been a customer for years definitely recommend them for all of your electric motor s from residential to industrial.
