Fixed my drone same day
Every once in a while my laptop doesn't upgrade properly and they have to reset it. Last time, the guy said "I am going to Lebanon , I will meet you and drop it off for you" Are you kidding me? Awesome! This time, I had some medical issues and would have a hard time walking through the mall parking lot and through the mall. He agreed to meet me in the back parking lot where they met me at my car! Fixed it and I was on my way......Thank you Phineas for amazing (sp) for the amazing customer service.
Recently found Spinware in Corvallis. Had a battery issue with my laptop and Justin was able to solve the problem in a couple of minutes. No charge because it was an easy fix. I thought I was going to have to buy a new battery, so he saved me a ton of money. Really appreciate Justin's knowledge and useful tips he shared. Will definitely go here if I have any other issues with my computer or phone. Highly recommend Justin and Spinware!
