Had such a great experiences at this spin studio. Its one of my favorites on the North shore. Today I mixed up my class time and showed up totally confused, but the receptionist (she was wearing sunglasses!) was so kind and calming. She helped me sort everything out and even got me into the next class when a spot opened up. Her kind energy made a big difference- she needs a raise ! My favourite spin classes ever. Haven't found a class that even comes close to spin society since moving to Ontario. My favourite part is the friendliest black lab that is there every once in a while.
