I absolutely love Spin Énergie! I’ve been going for over five years and even when I’ve taken breaks, every time I come back, I have the time of my life. The instructors are incredibly motivating and fun, and the music is always on point—it keeps you moving and makes the workout fly by. Highly recommend!
If you want to have a fun workout, dont think twice. Classes are FUN, instructors have an amazing energy and the entire staff is super friendly and accomodating. Love the fact that the room is dimly lit so no one can see you, there is no competitive ambiance, you focus on yourself and have fun! The music, instructors and overall energy of the class make you feel like you are partying on a bike.
