Very poor laundry service. I don't have much choice about using their machines, as I live in an apartment and it's either use them or go to a laundromat. The machines in this building are not maintained. They are always breaking down- sometimes with clothes inside the machine and they never get fixed, even though service is called for them. This negligent company admits they're machines are dirty and contaminated and when you ask for a refund not only do they lie and say they did but they don't refund you specifically what you spent but they will also call you names and insult you just because they're Negligent and for half a year caused me so many sickness but they're saying I should have known..... WELL NOW EVERYONE ELSE CAN KNOW THIS TOO!
These washer machines have made us so sick between buying special detergents and spending so much money to wash clothes trying to get clean just to find out that the laundry machines in the perth amboy area will absolutely make you sick and more than 3 people have come forward stating that they're having the same exact issue and it's horrible we've been dealing with this for over a year.
