This negligent company admits they're machines are dirty and contaminated and when you ask for a refund not only do they lie and say they did but they don't refund you specifically what you spent but they will also call you names and insult you just because they're Negligent and for half a year caused me so many sickness but they're saying I should have known..... WELL NOW EVERYONE ELSE CAN KNOW THIS TOO!

These washer machines have made us so sick between buying special detergents and spending so much money to wash clothes trying to get clean just to find out that the laundry machines in the perth amboy area will absolutely make you sick and more than 3 people have come forward stating that they're having the same exact issue and it's horrible we've been dealing with this for over a year. Spin cycle manages the laundry facilities at my apartment complex and they do a terrible job. I've opened numerous support tickets and called the customer support line several times, and they are very unhelpful and unresponsive. It takes them months to fix anything and it is difficult to get a representative on the phone. Their machines do not function well, the washers don't spin fast enough to get enough water out and the dryers do not dry clothes efficiently.

Please just go out of business already, since you can’t maintain the machines you have. If you can’t manage even acceptable, why try? Edit: they’ll also just hang up on you. Seriously, go out of business. You don’t provide any kind of acceptable service!!!
