I purchased a MK II Spin-Clean Record Cleaning System a few weeks back. It arrived with everything except the rollers that the records turn on. They were missing and nowhere to be found. After numerous attempts to have this resolved Nobody would help me. Undoubtedly this is the worst experience I have ever had with a product. I have a $125.00 piece of unusable junk.
