I’ve used this facility twice in the last week and say it’s fantastic. It’s very clean. Machines all worked great for me. I’ve been helped by the same amazing person both times, Carol Lee. She was so very helpful. I’ve never been to the laundromat and she was very knowledgeable about which machines to use for the loads I needed cleaned. Then walked me through the entire process and assisted when I needed help. A very good hearted, HARD WORKING employee. Gold stars for her.

Employees at this location are EXTREMELY unprofessional. I witnessed two female employees yelling back and forth across the store while cursing and using profanity loud enough for the entire building to hear. It went on for quite some time and later while my clothes were drying, the older female employee took a phone call with who I assume was her boss and again began yelling and using constant profanity for everyone in the store to hear. The only good things I can say is that the place is clean and open 24 hrs. Other than that, it's useless. They sell detergent for $1.75 but don't provide a change machine. Had to make a special trip to the store to get change. For some reason, the place has internet connected credit card readers on all the machines, but they can't make a connection to the network. Apparently you're not allowed to add on an extra rinse cycle, because if I used the extra rinse setting, I got a network error. As soon as I turned off extra rinse... read more

Carolee is an excellent attendant. Very kind and friendly. She did an excellent job washing the windows and even extinguished a garbage can out front that was burning from a cigarette that was thrown in. She went above and beyond her call of duty.
