I’ve been coming to this car wash for a while, and I’ve noticed a big improvement in the service lately. Everything has been running smoother and more efficiently, and the overall quality has really stepped up. I also want to give a special mention to an employee named Nicholas. He went above and beyond by pre-washing and scrubbing my car before it entered the wash tunnel. This place is completely dysfunctional. The wash itself was very underwhelming, and half of the vacuums were out of service. They don’t provide towels or spray to clean the exterior, which is frustrating because the wash leaves a lot of dirty residue on the car. To make matters worse, when you exit the wash you have to circle back around, wait at a closed gate, and honk until someone lets you in—completely absurd. I like this car wash because it runs smoothly. The attendants a helpful when aligning your car at first, especially the young man with red hair. Although, my husband complain to me that he came Sunday @7:00 pm but it’s closed. Today, the wash with all the colorful lights did not do its job. The service runs smoothly!
