I needed a car wash and decided to use their services without reading the reviews. I purchased the ultimate wash, which is $26. Yet, my car came out as if I purchased the $5 wash. My tires weren’t clean, the back of my car wasn’t even touched with soap and water, and the “wax” wasn’t applied to my car. When I informed one the attendants presented, he saw the issue, agreed that quality wasn’t sufficient, but was advised by his superior that the company do not do re-wash.
