I have shopped at and had bicycles serviced at several different shops over the years and without hesitation I can say Spin has always exceeded my expectations.
Excellent customer service. An owner operator who cares about the products he puts out and making sure what he sells is right for his client. He would rather the client gets the right bike and and make less than sell someone an expensive bike that isn't right for them. A+ I buy there as much as I can. Best bike shop in Lansing as far as I can tell.
The folks at Spin did a fantastic job helping my wife and I pick out brand new bikes (my first time buying a bike too). They made sure the bikes were sized correctly, explained how to remove the front wheel, and helped us pick out locks and safety accessories.
Had an awesome experience here. I am getting rid of my leased car here soon, and I am making the switch to commuting via bike. Spin Bicycle Shop looks out for you by making sure they fit you to a bike that meets the wants/needs of the rider. Friendly people, and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend them.
Even though the gentleman working was trying to get through a call with the health insurance company he took time with me to help me pick a headlight and even gave me recommendations where to eat (Pablo's was great by the way). Super friendly and helpful.
