Absolutely LOVE Spin 843. The spin classes are perfect for all experience types. Denise is the best and she always has the beat!
This place could NOT have been better for Moncks Corner. Such a fun yet challenging class and Denisse is amazing!!! I’ll keep coming back every week 🤩
I've started taking Denise's Tuesday night class and it's so much fun! The hour seems to go by too fast because it just feels like a party. I would warn anyone with any sensitivity to light to consider the severity of your medical condition prior to attending. They use LED lights that match up with the beat of the music and often times it can simulate strobe lights.
Such a great workout and fun time.
