This is awesome! We were hesitant in buying something like this, especially in wondering how it would fair being shipped here, but it arrived with nary a scratch and we had professional installers that put it together and couldn't believe the price we paid for it. The quality is second to none.
We ordered an XL play set and additional monkey bars, ladder (bridge) (around 1300 euros) and the play set came incomplete( without tarps and other parts) with a long delay of months. We were supposed to use it this summer and we still can’t. On top of that the wood is terrible quality, many came broken and it’s orange. The rest of the items hasn’t been delivered since January and the company keeps making excuses. Buyer Beware! This company has been such a disappointment and I had such high hopes and really gave them every benefit of the doubt. We ordered in February for our daughter’s upcoming birthday and were told to expect our play set in April. We knew there would be some waiting but were willing to be patient. Fast forward 4 months later and we still have not received our play set and customer service has repeatedly told us we have been marked priority and the delivery should have left the warehouse. Une air de jeux très jolie, comportant des couleurs discrètes, à contrario de tout ce qu’on peut voir habituellement. Du coup, elle s’intègre parfaitement dans le jardin et dénote pas avec le reste de la déco. Notre fils s’amuse beaucoup et nous sommes rassurés car elle est qualitative. Il nous a fallu un bon 10H pour la monter après six semaines d’attente mais ca valait le coup!
