I brought it in for an inspection the first thing they did was look at my glass and it would not pass and charged me $21 they could have said that to me without the inspection but I guess they had to do it that way for whatever reason they could have just said hey you know this won't pass so you might as well not do it. I would have been saved $21
$702 for towing. Never let them tow your car.
Simple “just off the road” tow for less than 10 miles and they soaked us $450!!!! Complete rip off artists. Kafline’s auto parts towing operations charged us only $200 from Syracuse to lowville. Spillmans is absolutely the worst towing operation to call! Literally every single other tow company quoted us less after the fact!! Only use these guys if you hate having money in your wallet!! They’d be glad to empty it for you! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
