Unfortunately Sam is an unreliable source when it come to spas and hot tubs. Sam had an appointment with me on Monday was a no call no show called on Wednesday and said his niece passed away and was truly sorry. I felt so bad for Sam I decided to give him another shot because I am a loving person. He confirmed for an appointment at 4:30 on Friday to come to my house to fix the crack hot tub he sold me and I did not hear back from Sam until the following Wednesday. I had my pool contractor put in one of their spas, and was missing some simple parts. My contractor gave me the run around about not being able to get them for over a year (long story). I contacted the company directly to get the parts with low hopes of getting them. I was met with great service from Shel, the parts were shipped to me directly the next week and I would highly recommend anyone to do business with this company. Thanks again for the help and replacement parts!!!
