Just there as a photographer last weekend for a wedding. I could not stop going on and on to everyone about how great this place was. Amazing food. amazing hosts. amazing views. amazing hospitality. The most magical venue in the Catskills. I found Spillian on Instagram years ago and we instantly fell in love on our first visit. I cannot express how grateful we are to Leigh, Marc and Sam on working with us for 2 years to plan and execute the wedding we imagined. Spillian is a lovely venue, but what really sold us were the people. The owners, Mark and Leigh, are retired theater people and they are there to put on a show. And you are the director! They really encourage you to make it your day, and it's a truly customizable experience. There is no fixed menu, or seating arrangement, or timeline. I'd give more than 5 . Everything for my son's wedding was perfect!!! Staff , service , venue & grounds, food. Even though it rained most of the previous night but the staff magically knew that the sky would clear for the ceremony in the beautiful outdoor setting. We could not have asked for a more beautiful & perfect weekend of celebration!!! THANK YOU SPILLIAN!!!!
