Grate place to buy over priced junk. They will not stand behind what they sell or the warranty.
Had not 1 but 2 living room suits we were not satisfied with. The customer service was great and BOTH were replaced. Love them.
I will never use this company again. The customer service has been horrible, and I am continually making payments on furniture that hasn't even been delivered. I was told 3-6 weeks for delivery and 3 months later the staff can't even tell me why my furniture hasn't been delivered! When I call the staff is slow, confused, and says they'll call back and never does. I am tired of being patient and so fed up with working with this business. My sister bought a bed from here, within a year, she could not sleep on it. Never spilt anything or any damage at all, Shane came and inspected it and exchange it for us! Thank you for great customer service!!
