Called last night they took my $293.55 and said they would be here in 30 to 60 minutes. 90 minutes pass so I call them. "We can't do it tonight we'll have to come get you in the morning. This morning they call me and tell me it's gonna be 2 hours and it's gonna be an additional $300 and something. Nope not doing that.

Stewart picked up our car after an accident and was the most efficient and compassionate. He was an excellent representative for this company. He spent time to clean up around the car and help check for personal items in areas that we couldn't safely access. In the future based on his performance, we'd use them again if in need!

Towed my vehicle on behalf of the City of Burlington for an alleged parking infraction. Zero communication from the towing company in regards to my vehicle being towed an it's whereabouts. After locating my vehicle, I paid the $100 release fee and was told my vehicle was in the tow yard where I could collect it. My vehicle had minor cosmetic damage to the front, was covered in dirt and was haphazardly left between two derelict vehicles.
