This place has an abundance of machines and weights. I never have to wait for a machine to open up. I played basketball after my lift, then hit the sauna afterwards. I talked to the owner on the phone and she was so nice! She didn't beat around the bush and was quick and to the point.

I LOVED the yoga and sauna here. I’ve only been a few times and I’ve talked to the owner, she’s was awesome. This is a great gym, I felt super comfortable here.

One of the better small town gyms I've been to. Has everything you need, is 24hrs and clean. 10/10 would recommend. Cool new outdoor section added since the last time I was there.
