To start off, I’ve been going to Spillanes since 2022. I’ve been a loyal member with every month paid. Jan. 2nd I went to the gym with a friend and got through the door with the Bluetooth access like any other day. Gym equipment is dirty, rusty, and poorly maintained. Most of it is secondhand and falling apart. Staff can be standoffish if they're ever around. The front desk used to always have someone to answer questions or raise concerns to. Now we get...? A crappy app? Owner is obviously trying to claim that every negative review is random so she can dispute them later. She'll probably go and edit her reply to me *again* after I point this out. I’d give a full 5 stars but I believe everyone has room for improvement! I’ve been to multiple gyms, and worked at LA Fitness as well. This gym has a ton of different equipment (I just wish they had a wee bit more space between them) and the outdoor section is great I’ve never been to a gym that had that, though I haven’t used it yet due to it being absolutely freezing outside. I love this gym! Been using it for over a year to a year and a half, approximately 150 to 200 visits and not one negative issue!!! Life-changing for my wife and I. Clean! Staff is very nice. Customers that use this gym are all very nice. I love the fact that it's open 24/7. As a retired guy I have been around, this place is worth every penny!!! GRATEFUL, GRATEFUL, GRATEFUL!!! 🥰🥰

Extremely unprofessional. (If you can’t tell by the owners replies back to *all of the 1-2 star reviews) will cancel your membership for an honest mistake. And will accuse you of being a liar. This is not how you treat people or run a business. EDIT- since the reply they left showed me they have no idea what they’re talking about. My friend’s bank account got hacked and she had no way of fixing it until her cards came back. Mind you, she wanted to add her bank account but they only accept card.
