Jake of Spike's Service is very customer service oriented! They were to us, broke down on the highway, in 10 minutes, YES TEN MINUTES!!! After waiting almost 3 hours for "another service" to arrive. He was amazing! He was happy to take me to the closest restroom. I was so grateful. Then he took us to rent a car, which is where we were going to leave the broken down there.
