The man Skip that works or runs this funeral home, isn't a people person and has no clue as to how a family that is grieving, should be treated and talked to. He was very rude, and if he can't even treat the grieving (living) family with respect, I can only imagine how your deceased loved one would be treated and handled. I wouldn't have them touch my deceased dog, let alone one of my loved humans.
