My experience with Spike Immigration was extremely disappointing and stressful. We paid them fees with the expectation of genuine immigration assistance. Unfortunately, no approval or progress was ever achieved, and after taking the money, communication stopped completely. What was most upsetting is that our offer letter was misused, and despite repeated follow-ups and requests for clarification and a refund, there was no response.
