Finally got to try them due to their absolutely ridiculous hours. Unfriendly worker charges me $16 for the middle wash option and hands me a card with no further instructions. After I figure out what to do at the kiosk it does an awful job on my dusty not dirty car. I could still see the paw prints from a cat that had been on my hood. They also had no pre soak bug wash and it did not get the bugs off my windshield or front end.
