Not honest to me, good enough people but not really recommended

If I could give a zero star review I would. Poor communication. I don’t think there was one time where we were called with an update. Doesn’t work after 5 during the week and after 12 on Saturday. No lock box so you’re at the mercy of Mary (The Almighty Goddess of real estate) When we first met Mary at a showing she told us that we should watch because we might get shot. As a real estate professional myself I have to say Speith Realty and Mary Hockran are hands down the absolute worst. Extremely unprofessional, not knowledgeable at all in aspects of real estate in general. Poor communication, I had to constantly do my job as the buyer agent and hers as a seller agent. Every time I called or we needed access to the property for inspections, repairs and final walkthrough we had to accommodate Mary’s asinine schedule she doesn’t work past 4pm weekdays, not past Noon Saturday and never on Sunday... read more
