Bob Speilman was excellent!!! He explained everything in a manner that was very easy to understand. He gathered some of the information he needed at the initial conference - and provided me with a list of additional documents that were necessary to file. He provided very simple easy to follow instructions. There was very little for me to do - or worry about - on my end. I put it in his hands - and he handled it!
