I was told my case would be an easy win. They gave me the run around for 4 years and gave me excuses every time. Do not trust this firm. They did nothing for me and just took my money without any result.
Not the easiest group to work with. They clearly have a very standardized, cookie-cutter way of handling cases - not caring much for details of individual cases. Did not back up legal advice with any apparent strategy or reasoning, other than "this is how we do things." Several instances of miscommunication, and very slow with post-settlement tasks. Basically only paid them for their letterhead. Definitely not all-stars, but in the end they did their job I suppose.
