I'd created my company with this law firm in 2006. I paid the general counsel fee for 10 years and was recently advised of forms I was unaware since my company's inception. I called the local office in Rochester and the person who answered the phone and responded to my inquires was rude, inconsiderate and very unwelcoming. I would never use this law firm again and will advise all my friends and colleagues to do the same. I am utterly disappointed and offended, by my most recent interaction.
