I had a landlord who was harassing me to the point I had to hire this attorney. I may as well have burned my retainer for all the good it did. What I know now is there were several remedies available to me that were never mentioned and would have been more effective. This guy used my retainer writing a useless letter, he knew it would be pointless. I retainedAtty. Andrew Spiegel for an eviction of a "tenant from hell" that I had rented a room to in my home. After I tried to talk w the tenant countless times about repeated infractions,he became combative when trying to work out a way for him to leave.
