I want to say that me and my neighborhood had the MOST unsatisfactory experience with this company. The men were insufferable, they moved at a snail's pace, I'd personally replace their boss with a snail and things would get done quicker. The worst thing of all is the receptionist on the phone was absolutely unprofessional and she lacked any human decency, I'd fire her in a heartbeat. I'd be better using another tree service in this state.

Absolutely the most professional guy I have ever met, very honest with his estimate, I had called 6 tree trimming company’s he was the only one who called me back. he did a fantastic job trimming the 2 giant trees, cleaned up everything and left wood for us to use for smoking meats. Would recommend spider Mike tree trimming to everyone.

Got a quote from this company for a tree removal starting around $2300. After some delay they bumped it up to $4000 which we accepted without arguments. After more delays and not being able to get in contact with them, we went ahead with a different company that quoted us around $3300. The company we went through got it done in one day and were very pleasant to work with, so we decided to give them the $4000 that was quoted from Spidermike's. If you, as a business, do not want to take a job, please be upfront about it.
